From the Mother of the Groom

Hello everyone, I am the groom Johnny’s mother, Young Sun (Sunny) Chung. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of the relatives and guests who made the precious journey to bless our children’s wedding despite your busy schedules. I also want to thank Elyse’s parents for allowing us to welcome Elyse, who is standing here today more beautiful and lovely than ever, into our family.

On this beautiful spring day, as everything around us comes to life, I sincerely congratulate you, Johnny and Elyse, as you embark on your new life together. Elyse, I hope you continue to smile as beautifully as you do now and live a life filled with more love and happiness. And to my dear son Johnny, I cannot express how happy and grateful I am that you are getting married. This might be the greatest decision you have ever made. I admire your eye for finding the perfect partner—well done! Bravo! You have always been my pride and joy, so I ask you to continue being the thoughtful, supportive husband that I know you can be. I truly hope that the love and trust you guys have built over the time you have spent together will lead you both to greater successes in the future.
